Case
The Transport and Logistics Sector Institute (STL) is committed to creating more inflow and outflow into the labor market. Due to the current labor shortages in the sector, it’s time for more prominent action. Megawatt Digital has been asked to deepen and broaden the ‘MIJN WERELD’ recruitment campaign. The goal is to effectuate more leads and conversion, higher brand awareness and involvement of the target group.

Insights
Let’s start off with the target group; adolescents. They’re known to have a mind of their own and judge content with the speed of a swipe. Grasping their interest and maintaining attention isn’t an easy job. Megawatt Digital likes a challenge and knows how important a good strategy is when is comes to this target group.

 The concept ‘MIJN WERELD’ is not only about broadcasting, but rather about the interpretation of the sector. By asking the question “How do you interpret the world of transport & logistics?”, one enters into a dialogue with the target group. This not only makes communication more interesting, but also makes the target group think for themselves.The next step: brand awareness. Transport & Logistics may not sound very sexy, but it certainly is. With the new identity that we have developed, we’ve put some attitude and spiciness in Transport & Logistics.

Realisation
With a brand-new identity and campaign style, the first flight started in September. With a funky quiz for parents and students, refreshing photography, three triggering videos, snippets, social assets, copy, social advertising and email marketing, the world wide web is full of fresh content. We’ve been honoured to work with STL for three years. Therefore, we can strategise every step and achieve all short-term and long-term objectives. Stay tuned!
