De sector is volop in beweging en biedt veel kansen en toekomstperspectief. Dat betekent dat er n\u00f3g meer jonge talenten nodig zijn dan voorheen.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=&#8221;scroll_down&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;text-content&#8221;]De doelgroep, jongeren, beoordelen met de snelheid van een \u2018swipe\u2019 wat ze de moeite waard vinden. Megawatt ontleedde de campagne en vond de gouden combinatie. Het concept MIJN WERELD gaat niet alleen over zenden maar juist over de interpretatie van de sector. Door de vraag te stellen \u201cHoe interpreteer jij de wereld van de transport &amp; logistiek?\u201d ga je een dialoog aan met de doelgroep. Een frisse wind door de identiteit was de volgende stap. Met een compleet nieuwe beeld- en campagnestijl is de eerste flight in september gestart. De wervingscampagne was een feit!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cGen Z bepaalt in een splitsecond of ze zich kunnen identificeren met de boodschap\u201d<\/em>, vertelt Deniz Alkac (Eigenaar, Bruut Amsterdam).<em>\u201cDat je de taal van de doelgroep spreekt, is dan essentieel. We kozen daarom om te werken met veel belovend regietalent Geerten Harmens (24). Hij weet als geen ander hoe deze generatie naar content kijkt\u201d<\/em>, aldus Deniz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Met een interessetest (gamification) voor ouders en leerlingen, verfrissende fotografie, drie triggerende video\u2019s, snippets, social assets, copy, social advertising \u00e9n e-mailmarketing doet Megawatt Digital waar ze sterk in zijn. Het Touch, Tell, Sell mechanisme van een succesvolle campagne in optima forma. Ook staat Megawatts succesformule\u00a0<strong><em>data x creativiteit = resultaat\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>centraal om iedere gestelde KPI ruimschoots te behalen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ruud Polman van STL:\u00a0<em>\u201cDe opgave om jong talent voor onze sector te werven, is uitdagender dan ooit. Daarom was het tijd voor een nieuwe aanpak. Megawatt spreekt de taal van onze doelgroep en weet wat hen aanspreekt.
