Background
The transportation and logistics sector are facing shortages. STL wants to inspire young talent early about this industry and raise awareness about the opportunities available. To achieve this, STL asked us to refresh and expand their recruitment campaign “My World.”
Approach
We gave the campaign a complete makeover with a fresh, appealing visual style. Featuring eye-catching photography, relatable messaging, engaging videos, a range of social media content, targeted social ads, personalized email marketing, interactive games and various physical promotional items.
