Approach
At TREK, the largest traveling food festival of the Netherlands, we created the Chaudfontaine Water Cocktail Pavilion. Together with chef Freek van Noortwijk we went for the Perfect Serve, a uniquely garnished water cocktail designed for a refreshing taste experience. Each drink was carefully paired with specially selected appetizers which elevated the flavor experience to the fullest.
