Circle to search; the new AI
Background
In collaboration with Samsung, we brought a touch of Korea to the Netherlands. The new Galaxy S24 took center stage, and it was our mission to strike the perfect balance between buzz and excitement. It was essential for visitors to experience the impressive Circle to Search with Google and Live Translation features firsthand. These cafés aren’t just a place to discover the magic of Galaxy AI; they’re also a fantastic opportunity to enhance Samsung’s brand perception, especially among Gen Z and Co.
Approach
The Galaxy AI Café was designed to be a total experience: Korean texts, vibrant neon lights, and a bartender who speaks Korean – all to immerse visitors in Korean culture. Guests kicked things off with a YouTube Short on a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 or Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 device. Did a snack pop up in the YouTube Short video that caught their eye? They only had to circle it using Google’s ‘Circle to Search’ tool and order it through the AI feature, Live Translate. Easy, quick, and without any language barriers. Pretty cool, right?
Result
The Galaxy AI Cafés were hotter than your average K-pop hit! By showcasing smart AI tools in an interactive setting, the technology truly came to life. The campaign gained such incredible momentum that it got the green light for AI Café 2.0, complete with new product launches. Stay tuned and brace yourselves; it’s going to be amazAIng!
