Megawatt repositions itself as 360 activation agency

Late last year, Megawatt launched an ambitious scale-up program to accelerate its growth and future-proof it.
This led to important strategic choices and a rethinking of the company structure. Stephan explains: “We were faced with the choice of continuing with separate specialist agencies or joining forces. We opted for the latter and, step by step, established one Megawatt. “
