When interested, the account manager came to deliver your personalised bathrobe a few weeks later. Accompanied by a good (sales) conversation, of course.
The promotion not only generated many sales pitches and new customers, but also created a clean prospect-ﬁle for Bavaria. It was so successful due to the casual and inviting spirit of this activation.
